The program kicks off in August with online lessons that you complete at your own pace (throughout the duration of this course). It really gets going with a series of running clinics where your instructors, Brock and Arianne, guide you through exercises that will prepare your body and mind to run fast. September is the time to focus on training and interact with other participants through the course forum (and possible in-person group runs). Finally, in October and November you put your goals to the test with a race or training event selected at the beginning of program. We conclude with a social gathering to celebrate successes and learn from everyone’s experience.
