
Hello and welcome to Run Fast This Fall, your 4-month journey toward better running speed, strength, and confidence.
With a little inspiration and guidance from the coaches and athletes in this program, you are going to take your running to a new level (in whatever dimensions you choose) later this year. Along the way, you will enhance your running and athletic toolkit for continued use in the years to come.
Now is a great time to become familiar with all the program components, the instructors, and your fellow athletes. While you do this, think about what you want to get out of the program.
